Returns and Exchanges

Due to health and safety concerns, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, even when the product is unopened. 

Damaged Products or Order Errors

If your product is damaged in shipping or the incorrect product arrives, we will gladly send you a replacement product. Please contact us at customerservice@nicolcosmetics.com within 5 business days. Please include a picture of the damaged or incorrect item along with a copy of the packing slip. We will contact you within 3 business days to arrange a replacement.
