Finalizing your order
We want you to receive the products you want, so we ask that you please check your order carefully before submitting it. Once the order is final, we are unable to make any changes.
Orders placed online are generally processed within 2 business days. Processing times are subject to change based on order volume and changes and or delays will be posted on the website.
In rare instances a product is available at the time you place your order, but then becomes out-of-stock by the time your order is processed. Should this occur, we will contact you to arrange a replacement product or remove the product and update your order.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Amazon Pay, Venmo, Apple Pay, PayPal Express Checkout, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Discover, JCB, and Diner’s Club.
In the unlikely event that we discover a problem with your payment after processing, we will contact you as soon as possible. If we cannot reach you within 5 business days to correct the payment issue we will cancel your order and will notify you using the email address on file. We do not store payment information so we are not able to add additional items to an existing order.
All taxes required by law in your locality will be applied to the purchase price at the time of checkout.
